  It's Feb 11th around 7pm. I walked in to pick up my smoothie, and the worker picked up a trash bag, walked over with the trash bag, went around the corner, picked up my smoothie and handed it to me. Disgusting. You must wash your hands.

  False advertising. Ordered a Chocolate PB Protein. After the transaction was completed I looked at my receipt and was charged $9.69 when the menu stated $8.99. Told the employee and the response was “Looks like the menu isn’t correct, yea the machine here says it’s $9.69.” I wasn’t offered a refund or an option to place an order for another item. Was told “we’ll make you a little extra.” Kudos to the employee for immediately getting out a ladder and attempting to update the menu as I left. How many others were over charged the stated menu price before I caught it? Not the first day for this smoothie.

  I ordered the peanut butter crunch flatbread and was very disappointed. I usually order this item and love it at other locations, but this was my first time visiting this one. When I opened it, there was an excessive amount of oil from the peanut butter—it looked like half the jar had been spread on the flatbread. On top of that, the flatbread was hard, almost as if it was old. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the gentleman who took my order was very nice. I’ll give them that.

  I ordered DoorDash and my dasher forgot one of my drinks so I had to drive to get it and I explained what happened and they made me a new drink so it was fresh
