- NRNathan RussellNov 21, 20251.0Whoever is running this taco bell, has no place to be leading a business. The most sorry place I have ever gotten food from. Go to open the door and it's locked, so I get in the drive through for 20 minutes because it's backed up. Once I get to the speaker and tell them I'm picking up for door dash, for my own self at that, I'm not a dasher, they then say you have to pick it up inside. I specify that the door was locked and they say you have to tell someone you are picking up for door dash to unlock the door for you. There is no sign that says that so how do I know? After I sat there and waited, someone lets me inside. I stand there for 20 minutes with nobody greeting me or saying anything, finally someone asks me if I'm picking up. It's not the customers job to greet, it is the employees job, and these are doing a very lack luster job at running an efficient business. The sad part, I've been here multiple times and I have been told if the door is locked then you can go in the drive through for door dash. Everytime I come here it's a nightmare, there is no consistency, and it's ran very poorly. Get it together.
