I made an order on the app, and when I went to pick it up, she told me that they canceled it because I couldn’t use the coupon on top of the Friday sub deal. But I’m not the one that did it, the app automatically applied it. So if the app allowed it, why did they cancel it? I still don’t know because when I questioned it. All I got was nasty from the lady who threatened to call the police When all I wanted to know was why did the app accept it if the store did it. In the end it’s because the store takes a hit when they don’t accept headquarters Coupons on the app. So this franchiser allows the coupon to be used on the app, but then just cancels it on customers who come in to pick them up. And tell them they can pay the full price. It’s a lousy standard. I’m done with Subway. If I can’t use the app to order and know that I’m gonna get my food when I go to pick it up, it’s pointless.
