  Ordered the lg any topping deal and garlic knots …the knots were burned pizza poorly made crust so thick… very little toppings just moved here … will not order from this location again

  This Papa John’s Pizza is located in the Sunny Plaza of Palm Beach Gardens, in one of the nicer areas of Palm Beach County. Since I had to use a coupon (free medium one-topping pizza with a minimum $15 order) that I had earned from a previous order, this particular Papa John’s was conveniently close when I was out taking care of errands. Ordering on their app was quite a breeze & checkout was seamless (loved how their rewards program allows you to use them in $2 increments)! I ordered the Grand Papa Pizza (a limited time XXL pizza with oversized cut slices, 3-cheese blend & deli sandwich-style pepperoni) & a sausage medium pizza (both with light alfredo sauce). When I went inside to pick up my pies, the ladies at the counter were polite & friendly (as they even allowed & encouraged me to take these snapshots for this review). My pizzas were already done & ready as soon as I walked in (in under 20 minutes via my app order)! The Grand Papa was good but not great, as I was expecting a lot more, especially if you’re going to call your newest pie with a big marketing catchphrase like “The Grand Papa.” The pluses were that it was New York-style thin, foldable & had a plethora of cheese, but I felt that they kind of skimped on the amount of giant pepperonis on top. The sausage pizza was delectable like always. Their extra tasty garlic dipping sauce included with each pizza is what I believe gives them an edge over Pizza Hut & Domino’s in that aspect (makes it so that I have to eat the crusts & load up on the carbs, instead of wastefully discarding them, lol). Overall, there was really nothing that I could knock them about because I certainly got my money’s worth with two high-quality pizzas (enough to feed an entire family with plenty of leftovers) at a low cost of just barely over $15! I will certainly take that deal any day!

  ​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the product quality and customer service I received on a recent visit to Papa John’s Store #2085 (9089 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL). ​The issues I experienced are as follows: ​Incorrect Order: Upon receiving my pizza, I immediately noticed it was missing the pepperoni topping. ​Poor Remediation: The pizza was taken back, pepperoni was added, and it was put back in the oven. When it was handed to me a second time, the pizza was burned. ​Unprofessional Service: When I had to request a third pizza, the employee who had been handling my order was in the back and audibly asked if I had left yet. This behavior felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. ​My order was finally remade correctly on the third attempt. I can understand a simple mistake, but to be served a burned pizza as a "fix" and then be treated so dismissively by the staff is unacceptable. This experience was disrespectful of my time and has severely damaged my view of this location. ​I trust you will look into this matter and ensure proper staff training on both quality control and customer service.

  Really? I mean, are you guys trying to get bad reviews? Not only is this pie super thin and not at all what we have gotten before but whoever cut this pizza or should I say tried to cut this pizza clearly has either never done it before, is blind, or did it on purpose... far too many chances given to this shop, this will be the last time. Thank God this wasn't being served to a business gathering. I would wish you luck but honestly, just give up 🤷🏻‍♂️
