I didn't see what it was but when my arms started to burn and itch I went right to the bathroom to wash. That's when the welts from the bites started to appear. The manager was informed and told me she had just reported ants to pest control. She asked to see where I had been seated so I showed her and she said she didn't see anything and that no one else complained.... she had just told me about her call to report the ants!!! Please be careful if you go to this restaurant! I personally will not be going back!

After not being able to get any employee to help me at the Indiantown Road store, today I tried the Alton store. It seems Panera has no employees. You stand around waiting at the counter looking around, waiting, even calling out, and you just can't get any service. So this time I left. Either everyone is avoiding me, or Panera has some serious Employee Engagement issues.
