The hostess, servers and the manager are professional, welcoming and friendly. Every time we returned, the lovely female manager remembered us and welcomed us. The food is always delicious and abundant at reasonable prices. The last time my son ate there, he won the tournament. This location is on my saved location and is our first choice. While other teammates eat fast food, my son loves his steak at this outback. We highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to have delicious food and excellent service.

- RTRick TroutnerNov 1, 20251.0Came here with my girlfriend explicitly to get the prime rib served Friday through Sunday. We asked at the front desk if prime rib was available and were told that it was. We proceeded to get seated and asked our server the same thing if they had prime rib at our desired temperature and we were assured that it was because it "was a slow night" and were continued to be reassured that it was. We placed our order for it and about 10 minutes later the manager sits down at our table to inform us that they ran out of prime rib and just sold the last one. The manager proceeded to comp the replacement order which was a nice gesture but doesnt make up for the lack of communication. This was the second time this has happened, coming in to the restaurant asking if the prime rib is available, being assured that it is, ordering it and then being told that it is sold out. This lack of clear honest communication is completely unacceptable. If a customer asks if a limited availability item is available do not reassure them that it is so that they go off that information to continue with their dinner only to be let down later.
