Beyond polite and outgoing. We order nuggets without knowing there was no barque sauce. But he took it upon himself to see if there was any in the back. He was able to receive some from the truck that was being delivered. Because of his action and being so outgoing, this has become my McDonald's. No more 45 th or anywhere else. Im coming here. We love MR. DESTIN THE DRIVE THRU MANAGER/ CASHIER HE IS AWESOME. We will see you soon. ❤️💓👌
- NWNakiya WardDec 23, 20251.0Alejandra i believe is her name, she works in front pick & choose who she wants to help. i literally come sit & eat at this McDonald’s daily since it’s a 5 minute walk. I have never been greeted, offered help & have always had to get up, stand & wait for a long time for a refill. My food will literally be cold when i finally sit back down. I witness her look at me & walk right pass me to ask other customers sitting down if they need a refill or help multiple times. Yesterday i was standing in line for about 10 mins being patient waiting to order. She made eye contact with me & act like she didn’t see me. When i finally said excuse me she walked up to me with an attitude & stated i need to “Say something” if i want to order.. why else would i be standing in line infront of the cash register??.. Makes me feel like she pick the people she want to help by their looks.. to conclude, the employees are just rude and act bothered when you ask for anything!! Mostly likely won’t be eating here for a while.
- JBJeffrey BellDec 21, 20251.0This was about a month ago i order the $6 meal deal at the drive thou, as i was eating my throat felt scratchy, ignored it, than that night i felt weak with fever and got a virus for a while, and according to the doctor the virus is spread by coughing and or washing hand, so im guessing thst one of your employee came in sick and probley didnt wear a mask
