  Came in for a milkshake for my fiance, we used to live by the mall and she LOVES the Belgian chocolate shake. Got it, brought it home, it’s chocolate milk for $12. I called 3 times - no answer. Okay. I drag my behind back up there and let the 2 girls working know. They’re nice enough - tell them I want a refund, they offer to remake it and say there’s no manager there to refund me. Okay. They remake it, it’s still chocolate milk. At this point I’m not going to continue to deal with these girls as they can’t help em and I leave. I’m a restaurant GM. If you are going for o leave a building without a manager in it, even an ice cream shop, you have to train the people. There’s no way the quality of the milkshakes has dropped this much in 2 years, they simply just must not know how to make them. It’s straight water. I’ll be calling in the morning to see if I can get ahold of this elusive manager for a refund.

  This is possibly the best ice cream/customer service I’ve ever had….from how perfect and delightful the conversation was, to how sweet the ice cream tasted. Yes the ice cream was fantastic, but what was TRULY fantastic is absolute fine CHARLEY behind the counter. But enough about her….the ice cream is to DIE for and I definitely recommend to anyone who is in the mood for a sweet treat on a hot summer day !!
