Both times I've kept my order simple and both times they seem to have a problem with delivering sauces. They charge you for them, but just don't deliver them. The driver did offer to go back and get them, but waiting another 20 minutes for sauce isn't worth it. So I now have chicken, but no dipping sauce. I also have bread, but no dipping sauce. I guess nobody's doing any quality control and making sure orders are filled correctly before letting food leave. Won't recommend or order from here again. Pizza hut doesn't have this problem...
