The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful and dismissive when I asked for help on how to redeem the “free guac” coupon advertised on the table for signing up for rewards. He said “I don’t know man” and I said well could you help me? And he replied “nah man” and walked away. I will NOT be going here again, and he needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. This company has gone downhill in terms of customer service. I would like a refund for my order as well. Ruined a perfectly good Christmas Eve afternoon, and turned into a sour mood with my wife being angry as well.

The restaurant was not clean at all — the bathroom had mold, the girls’ side was dirty, and the floors and tables were a mess. There was no ice, the forks weren’t available or were dirty, and overall the place looked poorly maintained. What bothered me the most was the customer service. The girl taking orders in the middle section literally clocked out and left while taking my order. She walked away in the middle of my order and left me standing there. It took almost two minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally came back, they rushed me, and the attitude was terrible. And this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Something needs to change — where is the customer service? This place needs better cleaning standards and staff who actually care about the customers.
