The restaurant was not clean at all — the bathroom had mold, the girls’ side was dirty, and the floors and tables were a mess. There was no ice, the forks weren’t available or were dirty, and overall the place looked poorly maintained. What bothered me the most was the customer service. The girl taking orders in the middle section literally clocked out and left while taking my order. She walked away in the middle of my order and left me standing there. It took almost two minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally came back, they rushed me, and the attitude was terrible. And this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Something needs to change — where is the customer service? This place needs better cleaning standards and staff who actually care about the customers.

The inside of the restaurant needs to be cleaned more as the tables and floors were a bit dirty. The service is quite slow and needs improvement. But overall I recommend getting food here!

When I said that wasn’t a full scoop they all crowded around and said they don’t know what the rules are. Then we were told we would be charged for EXTRA shredded cheese. This is not a thing to be charged extra for. Then the worker dropped a non food item in the queso and said “ok” with an attitude after it was pointed out, didn’t change out the queso. Will be writing corporate.

The food is never fresh and is always old and dried out. If you even try to ask for anything you get an eye roll and attitude. Avoid this location at all costs.
