From the moment we walked in, we were deliberately ignored for several minutes. The staff clearly saw us but made no effort to help. One employee called another coworker over who had already noticed us but avoided serving us. When he finally came to the counter, we politely asked if there was more meat available than what was displayed. He responded “NO” in a dismissive tone and laughed directly in my brother’s face. That level of disrespect toward paying customers is shocking. As we were leaving, the employees stood around talking and laughing instead of showing any professionalism or concern. The entire interaction felt intentional and unwelcoming. Management needs to seriously evaluate the attitude and training of the night staff. No customer should be treated this way.

This shows a total lack of care and basic quality control. The service was extremely poor. I definitely do not recommend this place.
