I recently dined here and had an overall decent experience. The food was okay, nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. I ordered the peach sangria, which was a bit flat and lacked the vibrant flavor I was expecting. We chose to sit outside, which was very pleasant and provided a nice atmosphere. However, the birds were surprisingly bold, one even helped itself to some pasta from our plate. It was a humorous moment and gave us a laugh, though it’s something the restaurant may want to monitor for guests dining outdoors. Overall, an enjoyable setting with room for improvement in both flavor and outdoor dining management.

We arrived on Valentine's Day for an 8pm reservation. There was no one at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes. When the 2 young girls arrived there was no greeting to anyone waiting. We checked in after I asked the hostess to check us in. Both hostesses were bickering with each other ignoring guests, seating guests out of order. One hostess came back with a plate of food and stuck it under the counter and both took turns bending down and eating. When were were finally seated around 8:30pm (there were empty tables everywhere) we were served our drinks in plastic cups. The food was delicious but we would never return to eat here.

We recently dined at Brio and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. Despite having a reservation, we waited 30 minutes past our scheduled time to be seated. That was unexpected and frustrating, as the purpose of making a reservation is to avoid extended wait times. Service throughout the meal was also quite slow. Our server was frequently unavailable, and it was difficult to get consistent attention at the table. As a result, we ended up eating much later than planned, and our babysitter had to stay longer than anticipated. It also appeared that other guests were experiencing similar frustrations, which suggests this may not have been an isolated issue. While we understand that restaurants can have busy evenings, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return.
