Service was slow but the waiter tried to be friendly. For the high prices, the value proposition is not there so won’t be back. Last time I came to eat at Brios was pre covid and was decent. In fact I ate often at Brios pre covid and the food quality was way better. It’s OK to raise prices but please maintain the food quality.

The reception was set to start at 5pm although no guest, even 90+ seniors, were not allowed to enter the room until 5pm. This meant a delay from of 20+ minutes before guest were seated and the bride and broom walked in. The waiting staff did not know the table numbers to seat folks properly. It took 2 and a half hours before the hors d' oeuvres came out and in limited quantities. The soup was cold and had to be sent back. The bride and groom cut the cake before food was given to the guest. I don't believe this location could handle the guest count and I will never come back here.

Even though it was late and only a few tables were occupied, the waitress welcomed me warmly and seated me right away. I ordered the calamari, Caesar salad and the NY strip steak. The calamari was perfectly cooked with a nice light crunch, the salad was fresh, and the steak was the standout. I ordered it medium-well and it was cooked exactly right — something many places struggle to get right. Service was excellent from start to finish. The waitress was polite, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. I finished my meal close to 11:00 PM and never felt rushed, which I truly appreciated. Great food, great service and a very pleasant late-night dining experience. Highly recommend this is place!
