Although the servers may have been busy, the same host who seated me also took my order and brought bread and water. She was attentive, friendly, and made the experience especially pleasant. Those places where you will be looked at and judged as soon as you step in. Many nice places around to push yourself to deal with these kinds of things.
- DDDaniApr 5, 20261.0Brio review I’ve been a loyal Brio customer for at least 15 years, it’s even the first restaurant my son ever ate at once he started on solid food. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I had a reservation specifically for a booth, but when I arrived, the hostess told me none were available, which is ok, bit I saw and pointed out an open booth, yet she said it was “reserved.” When I asked about my own reservation, I was told that another guest’s booking took priority because theirs was made a week earlier. Apparently, Brio has a hierarchy of reservations, and that’s something I’d never experienced before. The hostess’s dismissive attitude completely ruined the mood. No matter how good the food is, an unfriendly or condescending welcome can make you never want to return. After this experience, I’d advise others to be prepared for similar treatment.
