  I lost count on how many times this location messes up my order and then they want to put it on the third-party delivery agency. for example my pizza have being made the wrong way few times, they have drop the pizza in my door and never ring the bell so at the time I find out after I call the pizza was super cold, they have forgot my order so they deliver almost 2 hours later in the last one the burn my pizza and deliver super late I have to drive back to ask for a new one and after I paid for delivery also they have deliver the pizza and not the drinks is a total mess I really hope someone out there with the authority to do something actually do.

  We’ve had repeated issues with this location. Almost every order from the Bayside store has been incorrect, late, or both. When contacting the store in the past, management responded with excuses instead of taking accountability. We stopped ordering from here and switched to another Pizza Hut location with no issues. Unfortunately, we accidentally selected this store again in the app, and once again the order was wrong and late. When my wife went to the store to fix it, the staff had poor attitudes, and the manager showed little leadership. She was told it would take 7 minutes, but waited 20 minutes, and was told the “system was down.” Mistakes happen, but repeated problems and lack of professionalism are disappointing.

  Definitely need some sprucing up in there and better management place has a bad smell when you walk in. There’s workers hanging out on the side of the building which looks super sketchy and a little scary. Definitely not the best smelling place.
