However, when I received my food and asked for sauce, her attitude completely changed, she rolled her eyes and neck, asking which type of sauce do you want, which the way she asked made me uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to go inside to speak with a manager. When I explained what happened, the staff refused to provide corporate contact information, claiming they didn’t know the number. They also would not give me the employee’s name. At that point, I requested a refund and chose to take my business elsewhere. Since they wouldn’t provide her name, I took a photo of the employee that I couldn’t receive the name of. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing.

Not only was there no sour cream, it was also undercooked, and wasn't cut at all. They charge extra for sour cream and didn't give it to me and they didn't cook it fully so the cheese was cold and not melted almost at all. At least there wasn't jalapeno sauce...

And if you forget and ask them to correct the order, she will argue with you and refuse to read the words on the display screen, apparently she never read the words on the display screen. And then the line preps will make you feel bad for not SAYING 6 soft and 6 crunchy even though thats exactly what the party pack description says on the digital display. Hoping the employee that would not just look up sees this. Otherwise I like this location.
