  Jessie was amazing!!!!! She was the only one at this location and she handled everyone and the online orders was coming in she took care of us in a timely manner. Also she was a breath of fresh air would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

  So in the past when I've ordered online or saw the staff it was always a chill experience. Unfortunately, now I never plan to waste my money here because of my experience. I put in an order online in which it told me there was an issue, but it still also proceeded to take my money all in the same notice. I called the store location twice and no one bothered to answer. I drove to the location and saw the manager who proceeded to just smoke in front of the store entrance and when I spoke to the employee behind the counter I explained that my money was taken from my account and that I placed an order for pickup. The girl informed me that the didn't get any online order and to confirm if my funds were indeed taken from my account. I showed her my online receipt and so because they didn't receive my order I didn't get my sandwiches nor did I get my refund as I was told I needed to do that online. When I asked the girl over the counter how to do so, she had no idea and so I said thank you and left. I went online and filed my complaint only for Sherry Kakas to tell me I put the order in at a different location and needed to reach out to that location instead. I had to tell her that I sent my order and refund request to the right location and showed the store number on my receipt for a second time. It's less than $50 and yet, I've never been so annoyed at trying to obtain a refund for something so simple.

  The employees are nice and store is clean. I’m upset with subway in general. Prices are ridiculous and portions are smaller and smaller. I ordered a wrap and got one whole piece of cheese when asked if I could have more they said it would cost more. Are you serious. All I got was bacon lettuce cheese on a wrap and it was almost 11 dollars with small drink and chips. That’s insane. While I have no problem with the store itself I have a problem with this company and I will no longer eat their food.
