I watched an elderly couple walk out because no one would wait on them and they couldn't or didn't want to use the kiosk. The whole time they are pumping out Uber eats and drive through orders. If this is the best that McDonald's can do, or at the very least acceptable to them, they should close the doors. What a damn shame. Luckily they had instructions by the trash can letting people know how to throw their garbage away. What a joke. I'm sure Ronald is crying somewhere right now.

Half of time they don't even acknowledge you in the drive thru I have to come to the window to tell them I'm picking up my order. I know, we aren't supposed to have expectations of decent service when it comes to McDonalds, but excessive wait times for a mobile order is just plain stupidity. Lying to your customers and saying "we were just waiting for your fries!" And you literally hand me cold food. It's hard to not take that personally. That's an absolute deal breaker for me. That'll be the last order I ever place here :) I see the new sign saying to speak with respect and that you can refuse service.. Maybe you should wonder WHY people get so upset.. or just read your other reviews perhaps?!
