I left my phone number card number email and name and never got a response. I have called a total of seven times and finally Got in touch with someone today. Their manager, William. Dunkin do yourself a service and fire this person. He has been aware for the past seven days that I needed to speak to him as a customer that was upset and chose to ignore me. I was told a different price for my food and he is refusing a refund. The Dunkin’ Donuts In Palm Bay are horrible every location there is something wrong. Usually, the staff and the managers are really nice And make sure that the service is excellent, but this location is the worst location I have ever been to. I was told by the employee that I would be getting a refund. That’s why I left all my information he is now refusing to give me a refund.. I’m a college student and work very hard for my money and for it to be stolen like this is so disappointing. He told me to bring the food back or the receipt. This incident happened on Wednesday. I can’t bring the food back and it’s been six days. I’m not sure where this receipt is. This is completely disheartening
