  We go to DD a lot in Brevard and Indian River counties. We get decent service except for the Micro location. As bad as they are, the store on Malabar is exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and what was more surprising was we went in the morning one time and returned that afternoon and noticed the manager was not there but the service did not drop off. In fact they were more pleasant which says a lot. Highly recommended.

  Update: After nearly three weeks without an email response, I called and waited on hold for over an hour and was told it needed to be handled by the franchise. The next day, Diana called and quickly issued a refund, which I appreciated. I’m glad it was resolved—just hoping there’s an easier refund process in the future, especially when items are out of stock. ———————————————————————— This location is a mess. I only kept coming because I had the “free coffee for 100 days,” but even free coffee isn’t worth the frustration here. They are constantly out of donuts and Munchkins, this has happened to me five separate times. The worst part? If you pay for something and they don’t have it, they won’t refund you in the store. Instead, you’re told to go through the app/customer service and submit a ticket online to get your money back for items you never received. That is absolutely ridiculous. A refund should be immediate at the register when the store can’t fulfill the order. I’ve now started driving across town to the other Dunkin’ and just paying for my coffee because at least they’re reliable. Avoid this location unless you enjoy wasting time and chasing refunds.

  Dianna, who appeared to be in charge, showed zero leadership or professionalism. I placed a mobile kiosk order and waited forever—7 drive-thru cars and 4 lobby customers were served before me—while my order was completely lost. Instead of managing the team and floor, Dianna spent the time barking pointless orders at employees who were trying to help complete orders, then answered a call on her personal phone all while laughing and chatting attempting to look like she was helping her team. When I finally asked about my order, she had to scramble and asked the same staff she’d just been yelling at where the kiosk order was. Pathetic. On top of that: • My son’s 10 holiday sprinkle Munchkins? Out of stock, no warning. • I walked over to the munchkins told her which ones my son would like. She dumped roughly 25 random ones in the box, including powdered and jelly (which he dislikes at his age) • I ordered 1 chocolate donut, got handed 2. Not once did Dianna apologize for the chaos, the wait, or the wrong items. Expected me to be “ok” with the excess donuts in exchange for the wait/poor customer service. If this is the “leadership” at this location, it explains why everything was a disaster. Avoid this Dunkin’ unless you enjoy watching an unprofessional employee play manager on her phone barking orders at other employees ACTUALLY doing their job. I finally called her out on how poor this location is being ran & how she was on her phone. Dianna said, “I was on the phone with my manager” I asked for a refund but Dianna rolled her eyes. I asked for my receipt and Dianna couldn’t find it and didn’t know how to reprint one until I gave her my order number.

  Went here for morning Joe, turns out everyone in town had the same idea. The wife went inside because the drive thru line was horrendous, but as I sat outside I noticed the line moved quickly. Service was fast.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! The manager is super sweet and always is quick to correct any issues. The service is great, followed by friendly smiles. This is my go to location hands down!
