- CACriss Cross Adventures4 days ago3.0Have been here a couple times But I must say the other day there was seven people ahead of me and eight people behind me and Rebecca was alone …I guess somebody’s shift just ended … She did such a good job of helping each customer one by one and giving them what they wanted and taking the time and patience to wait on them She did a great job and got me out of there as quick as possible!!! Thanks again!!!

When we first entered the store maybe one other customer was in the store, all the tables were dirty. Baroni a couple pieces of steak left in the bin and looked old and dried out. The food was eatable but not good like past experiences at other Chipotle's that I've visited.

The service of Andrew was excellent, BUT there were only three employees working on a Sunday. The place was packed but Andrew kept up the serving line with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. They were so busy waiting on customers that there was no one avaliable to clean up. Management better take notice because no one should have to work under those conditions. Andrew is an excellent worker and he needs recognition for that. If you want to keep your business you need to take notice of this situation.

The guy at the drive thru window was nice but the girl behind him making the food had a bad attitude because I was 4 minutes early. I pull around and wait 4 minutes then go back and was told it would be 3 more minutes. The food was so salty it was almost inedible. I would give it another try but all the reviews about the cleanliness of the place made me never want to go back.
