  First time visiting this location. I will say it wasn't good. The service was really bad. The bartender was gone most of the time. I was sitting around waiting for a drink for longer than what I should have. This guy ( that I am guessing is the manager) could have helped but he stood there the entire time we were there talking to this guy. Not once did I see him help or do anything. He definitely could have assisted the bartender. The food was the savior. Cooked perfectly and delicious. The tiramisu was .... Good. But I wouldn't consider it a typical tiramisu. But still good.

  I wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Shawna & Eric. We recently had a family dinner and Shawna was absolutely amazing. My 8 year old daughter loved her from the start and she was so delightful the whole time. Eric came over to make sure everything was good. I have been to this Carraba's so many times for dinner and experiences like this is a small example on why i keep coming back. Great Job Shawna and Eric! Thank you for going above your expectations.

  Had a really rough week. Came in to get something to eat.. Pam was amazing!!! Friendly and welcoming. She took the guess work out of ordering and it was like she was reading our minds. Awesome experience superb service and one amazing server Thanks Pam

  Love the music! I love the menu variety and the $10 take home. I'm a 20+ years patron. Consistently pleasant visits. We really enjoyed our server tonight! Ask for TONY. He's professional, informative, eloquent and efficient. I love my local Carrabbas!! P.S. Sara, Brittany and Pamela are always great too! Building rapport with the frequent patrons are a plus!

  If you’re looking for a dining experience that feels both seamless and genuinely welcoming, head over to the Carrabba’s on Palm Bay Road and ask for Jessica. I recently visited for dinner, and I can say without hesitation that she provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, Jessica’s energy set the perfect tone for the evening. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to our preferences without ever making us feel rushed—even though the restaurant was buzzing. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful she was with the menu. I was a bit indecisive, and she jumped right in with recommendations that hit the mark perfectly. It’s rare to find a server who can guide your order so intuitively. The pace of the meal was spot on, too. Jessica was super quick with refills and bread, yet managed to be "wonderfully nice" and personable throughout. In fact, her service was so top-tier that I’ve decided she is officially my "exclusive" server. I’m going to need her available Monday through Sunday from here on out—I hope she doesn't enjoy having days off too much! Honestly, management should probably give her the biggest raise in the history of Italian cuisine just for putting up with my indecisiveness so gracefully. Carrabba’s has great food, but Jessica is the real star. Five stars all the way!
