  Hit or miss, Friday the 6th 11:30am, only one person ahead of me in line took forever so did the person in front of me food, finally received my food ,when I check my order the fries are missing, went back to counter to get my fries and more times than not ice cold fries.

  Petra Chamers/ charming should be given a raise and promoted. Excellent customer service. We went in for three cheese steaks that you guys unfortunately do not have but look forward to it. However Petra explain the difference between Italian beef dip and the Swiss beef dip. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. We ended up spending $70 on 5 meals and some jalapeño poppers. We definitely will be back because of PETRA.!!!! Thank you 😊

  Horrible service, the person who took our order drive thru kept messing up our order and seemed moody I guess, just rude and unfriendly. We asked for the shake to be remade as it was basically half chocolate syrup not mixed in, instead of a normal amount of chocolate syrup mixed in.

  Order the box with the French dip that is supposed to have cheese sticks and peach roll. No cheese sticks were in the box . I tried calling but no one answers then it asks for dime code???!!!
