- BCBrianna CumminsDec 23, 20252.0I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I frequent this 7brew location and have for the past 1-2 years. Everytime, I order almondmilk as my milk alternative and I would say 50% of the drinks I receive are made with Half and Half. Unfortunately for me not having dairy isn’t simply a choice or an intolerance it’s an allergy. I don’t have a severe reaction, just some light coughing and an itch in the back of my throat but I try to avoid dairy as often as possible because I have been told consuming it can make the allergy worse. Almost everytime I come by it is on my way to work and I don’t have time to turn around and have the drink remade/refunded so I just have to throw it away. I think the team there should take a higher priority in ensuring that drinks meant to be dairy free and sugar free actually are—regardless of it being a preference or a need. Slip ups happen but they should happen 50% of the time and considering the fact that milk alternative is an up charge every drink should be made to order. I pay extra for a drink I have to throw away and it’s getting pretty old.
