  So I came in and I ordered a combo I asked for an orange juice. The lady yelled at me and told me I can’t do orange juice with the combo. Every employee that I’ve seen was looking mad even the manager came and gave me my food, and she had an attitude also not a welcoming place

  Went in and ordered two croissants. Both croissants were hard as a rock and had burnt marks on them and the cheese was stiff. Cold I called. They said their manager was in and we could bring them in and see what they could do. They said They could remake it, but we ordered it wrong and if we don’t want cold cheese, we have to say that when we order it, they were rude and took forever to make the food right. We never have this issue with the Malabar Duncan for some reason Bayside Lakes just have the rudest workers and clearly don’t care how the food comes out

  I never leave bad reviews but this is by farrr the Worst of the worst service and laziest staff I’ve ever experienced. Chaos, Reheated hash browns three times rather than making new ones for my three year old. 🤢 Absolutely terrible service and they were laughing about my issues with the old dried crusty disgusting food they were reheating to give to me. Wouldn’t feed that to a stray dog! Old lady at the drive thru had an attitude about everything and the staff does not listen . Facilities are also gross and filthy. I was in drive thru annd had to go in to complete my order. I’ve worked for Dunkin over a year in length previously and it’s NOT that difficult to give a crap even in the slightest or don’t freaking work there! Very disappointing-Corporate needs to SEIZE this location and restart from leadership down immediately. Left out of frustration and disgust rather than to ask them to correct it for a fourth time!!

  I ordered something they did not have on the menu through the dunkin mobile app and they would not help me navigate getting a refund. I now am out $4 on a drink I never got.

  Ordered a sandwich on the app. When I got to the store they said the oven was down. They couldn’t make my sandwich. I was in a hurry. They offered me two donuts or I could come back later. I couldn’t come back. I took the donuts. However I used points on this order and now I have no points and never got my sandwich. Called to talk to the manager and was told he was busy. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Very disappointed! And I love Dunkin. But not this one.
