  I live two minutes from this location. My entire meal was freezing cold by the time I got home…. We had to wait for our food for maybe 5 minutes and the fries are old , the nuggets and burger is ice cold. I didn’t ask for ketchup but I got ketchup instead of the sauce I asked and paid for. This is the first time I been to this location and I won’t be going back. This is ridiculous. Thanks for nothing 👍

  If your going to get a job working at the register taking people's orders then maybe you should learn how to count to at least 10 ordered 4 meals that had 2 burgers for 3 meals and a burger and nuggets for the 4th so all together 7 sandwiches I explained 3 times to her it was short showed the receipt she counted again and somehow some weird universe she was in still counted 7 even though I took the 6 burgers out I got tired of trying to teach her how to count to 7 I just left that burger isn't good enough to stress me out like that completely ridiculous never going there again I'll go to Crescent city for now on

  Pretty sure I was being made fun of for being a man wearing nail polish, also pretty sure I ordered a crispy chicken biggie bag sub fries with a chili, missing the four piece and had nothing on the sandwich which wasnt ordered plain and two ten pieces which were dryer than Moses' ankles. Get it together for i shut yall down like Popeyes nem 😒

  My boyfriend and I went to this location on 3/14/26 and again the next day, the first night it was amazing, yes the line was a little long, no worries we are patient so we didn’t mind waiting, the lady at the window was awesome and on it! Than we came back the next night, line was long, again we are patient so we didn’t mind waiting, we pull up to the window, the gentleman at the window who I am guessing is the manager as he had on a nice blue collar shirt, was playing on his phone, pants sagging, shirt untucked, no gloves when handling food or drinks, he had to call an employee over to make my boyfriend’s frosty fusion, that employee also had no gloves on, didn’t blind the frosty together like the lady the night before did. Just very unprofessional for a manager of the establishment.
