    I will NEVER go back to Domino's or any other pizza restaurant!! At Papa John's you can taste smell and see the difference in quality. Their ingredients actually tastes fresh,I would highly recommend!

    I ordered a 3 topping pizza and there where hardly any toppings on it just be cause I paid for 3 topping doesn't mean put less of each on there. There would of been more on the pizza if I had ordered a 1 topping .RIP OFF

    I had a very difficult day, so I ordered a pizza for carryout to try to make things easier for my family this evening. The store made the pizza incorrectly and cut is very poorly. It was supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza, but they gave me an original. The garlic knots were burnt too. I returned to the store and asked them to remake it. They refused. They insisted on their end it was a regular pizza. I showed them the app that said I ordered a stuffed crust. They would not acknowledge my receipt. I asked them to refund and I would reorder. I did not ask for anything for free. I just wanted my pizza made correctly. The managers were very young and seemed to lack experience. The guy didn't really care and said he could lose his job if he made me a stuffed crust pizza. I was very confused and frustrated because I PAID for a stuffed crust. Papa Johns has always been my fave pizza take out, but I will no longer be ordering from the Palatka location. They don't care about their customers and would rather argue than make things right.
