  Came in on Easter Sunday and was greeted immediately by the female employee working. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and promotions offered and made recommendations based on what I told her I liked. Food was great smoothie was great and service was excellent. I believe the 2 people working names were Alex and Lindsay if I remember correctly.

  I was traveling from out of town and had never been to this place before. Alex was so welcoming and took the time to explain some of the items on the menu which helped me pick out a now staple smoothie for when I come back! The Mango Monsoon smoothie is amazing 🤩

  First time stopping in, was a lil confused about menu ingredients and employee (alex) noticed confused look on my face. He explained some of the smoothies. And I choose a blueberry one and it was amazing. Appreciate alex helping a old man and making it a awesome visit. Will definitely be back.

  I had a really great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to Nadia. She was super friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel welcome right away. I'll definitely be coming back!!

  Lynsey and Alex were fantastic! Super friendly and very helpful especially working on an Easter Sunday with short staff! I would definitely recommend coming here even if just passing through like I did! Wish I could give more than 5 stars
