  Son8ce in pace serv8ce is very poor this girl always charges me for the cheese on the soft pretzel with cheese I tell her it comes together she is the only one that charges extra and it not Never go to pace sonic again Milton sonic is great service I will drive further to go to sonic in milton fl

  I ordered food here by a delivery service, the service from the delivery company was great. The food from Sonic wasn't!!! Burritos that were half the size it should be (Meat lovers). Hardly any meat or cheese in it. And eggs that were cooked in hamburger grease. Tots that were old, stale and cold. A drink that was over flowing and of course not ez-ice liked I'd asked. Didn't get half of the condiments I asked for... Horrible FOOD and Horrible SERVICE. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, she was rude and could care less what was wrong with my order. Spend the few dollars more and go to Whataburger or Ihop. Even Waffle House is better than this place. It needs to be closed down or a manager that cares about it's customers. This all transpired on 11-22-2025 @ 1:30pm

  I’m new to the area moved from another state and exhausted from unpacking and cleaning. Extremely poor service!! Waited for over 10 minutes to order food in drive through. Went to the window and explained what happened to the lady at the window and she was completely disrespectful and said she could spit on our order if we told her it was “wrong”. As I said we didn’t even order our food yet. After that she slammed her window shut and we just left after feeling disgusted by the attitude. Can’t give a review on food because we didn’t get the chance to order. We won’t go back for late takeout for dinner. So far not a nice experience here.

  Currently still waiting in the drive thru for a sausage egg and cheese burrito and sausage eggs and cheese toaster. 2 items that should take less than a few minutes to put together. Waiting 15 minutes and counting. Food is decent but service is slow. The woman who took my order was great, the only shining light in this dreadful establishment.
