  Pedro’s has always been a great place to eat. The food is great. The restaurant is very clean and the service is A+. A big shout to Oliver the bartender. He is very engaging and makes great drinks!

  We always come here and sit at the bar. Oliver is our favorite and always takes amazing care of his guests! We will continue coming here as long as they keep him around.

  Unbelievably good food and top tier service provided by a team of some of the most lovely ladies ever. The steak quesadillas are a delightful, crispy tortilla stuffed with marinaded asada and melty blended cheeses paired with a perfect guacamole salad. Since it was "Taco Tuesday" and the upsell was expertly done by the table waitress I had three separate versions of today's special and each was uniquely elegant and absolutely delicious. Specifically the Chorizo with a slightly peppery, tangy, jalapeno and avocado sauce on the side. This is the most perfect Mexican-American restaurant in Pace and I'm extremely glad I chose this for today's lunch. The only complaint I could even muster up is the first round of "unsweet" tea came clearly slightly sweetened with aspartame which was accentuated by the second round of Unsweet Tea.

  My soccer team and parents had our end of year party here. Amazing staff, service and food... Our team had a back room and we had such a wonderful time! The owners sponsored our team and supported us throughout the entire year! Thank you so much Uedja, Pedro's Tacos, and staff. You all are amazing!
