  I think they have a good staff and the food seems to be good. Customers keep ordering, and I keep delivering. :)

  This visit was my first time as a customer. I came due to social media promoting a happy hour type situation of buy one get one free. I thought it would be my ideal time to try the food here. Understandably it was very busy and that's fine. The store was short staffed and it took 25-30 minutes to be served. The staff were stressed and rushing, seemingly quite overwhelmed. The portions were small and not even a full servings of each item, with scoops of food being rushed, falling of the spoon and not making to the burritos. They were mostly rice and not a lot of anything else. One of my burritos, the server dropped the rice on the counter and scooped it up and put it on the burrito. I politely asked for it to be redone and the server did not do this, hurriedly continuing to make the food and ignored my request. I took a few pics but don't see where to upload them. As it was BOGO it made it a little more palatable to spend so much on what was received. Based on this experience and the cost of the products I would probably not rush back any time soon.

  My husband and I pretty much order food here every week FOR MONTHS. After almost an entire week cooking all our meals at home, this is one of our go to spots for the weekend when I’m too lazy to cook. It’s fast, convenient and moderately healthy depending on what you get. Service is pretty much on par for the most part. Today, our guacamole’s quality wasn’t good. You can see that some parts of it had a grey / brown color - which isn't something we wanted to risk eating. He goes to work everyday and if there was a chance that it could get him sick it would’ve messed up his attendance. If something puts our health at risk ( food poisoning, etc ), we will report it. We called customer service and we were given two free entrees for our next order as compensation for the lack of quality and attention to detail today. I think they need to reinforce the quality of preparation AND have the proper attention to detail when handling food.
