Whoever owns this location has totally let this place go and it is not even worth visiting anymore. The service here is absolutely abysmal. Rude and incompetent employees. Trying to be a customer here has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. for whatever reason my order is NEVER correct or on time when i order here. The last time I tried ordering here I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby ( not a single employee addressed me or asked if i was being helped while i sat at the counter) just for them to tell me they never even got the order. Complete waste of my time, and to top it off the customer service hotline to resolve these issues is 10 times more useless and frustrating. Do not give pollo tropical any of your money. Terrible terrible terrible.
