  Male manager that works there is rude! He has no business running that establishment. I ordered through the mobile app, sat at the order screen for over 10 minute waiting for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Finally I gave up and pulled up to the window tapped on it and bald headed manager told be because I tapped on his window he won’t give me my food THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! what a fat joke he is! So I got on the phone with tuskawilla McDonalds and the manager there was more than happy to listen to my issue with this guy and refunded and replaced my meal I paid for and never received! After reading others reviews saying similar issues with him one would wonder why on earth is he still employed there?

  Gave me a Large Coke halfway filled with no ice. Fries were soggy and cold. Never making the mistake of coming back to this establishment in my life. Do better McDonalds

  Today at 9:30am I ordered 3 meals and 2 extra hash browns in the drive-thru. When I checked my food in the parking lot, I realized I only received 2 hash browns instead of 5. I pulled back around and explained this kindly (hey it’s Saturday and I wasnt going to let this bother me) and when I reached the window the manager was already there holding the receipt. I calmly told him I was missing hash browns and he immediately told me I wasn’t. I explained my order again and he insisted the receipt showed I should only have two. I was never given a receipt to review, and the employee never rang in the extra hash browns even though I asked for them. I had no issue paying, the issue was that I was still missing one. The manager never apologized and was extremely rude. When I asked for his name, he quickly closed the window. By the way I was 100% right and was missing a hash brown and the cashier did forgot to put in my order, but without a receipt how can I confirm what I wasn’t charged for when I know I told her what I wanted. This is not how customers should be treated, especially over something as small as hash browns. If this manager is more interested in picking on customers than resolving simple issues, McDonald’s should reconsider who they have representing their brand.
