  Absolutely terrible experience with the McDonald’s app. Placed an order with a deal, realized the location was wrong, and canceled immediately. The app still consumed my deal and didn’t restore it, even though the order never went through. The refund process is slow and confusing, and there’s no clear way to recover lost deals. The whole system feels buggy and poorly designed. A basic mistake like selecting the wrong location shouldn’t result in losing a promotion. Fix your app. This is a frustrating and unnecessary user experience.

  Employees are always rude service is always slow and food is always cold. Don’t stop here just drive to the next location

  Literally, one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and it’s in a nice town.. I don’t understand how you can order something and they can get everything wrong but the french fries!!! Oh, and this is not the first time but surely will be the last cause. I am sick of this place and done going there management is incapable of fixing any type of problem.

  Food is decent considering is fast food, my only issue is the drive thru. For the most part you always have to move to a parking spot and wait, for large orders I get it but for simple stuff doesn’t make sense.

  Been going here for years. Liza is fantastic and makes the best Vanilla lattes! She is friendly, professional, and courteous and always greets me from the back if she's not working the window. She deserves all the raises!!
