- SHSaniya Henderson2 days ago5.0I came in after work to get some lunch and had a wonderful experience! When I first arrived, I was welcomed with a smile by Rob, who then introduced Johnny. Food was prepared with care, and fresh. It also took a reasonable amount of time, which is rare when it comes it most WingStops; you’ll be waiting FOREVER typically. Restaurant is clean and one to be proud of (coming from someone in the industry). I then stayed to talk with Rob and Johnny and they are nice and wonderful people! We had a great conversation that will definitely keep me coming back (aside from the great food lol). I have been to a few WingStops in the area, and this is the best, BY FAR. If you are looking to get fresh food, friendly service, and timely service, come HERE. 🩷

Worst "customer service/soft skills" I've ever seen in my life. You dont chastise your frustrated customers who are trying to get a refund. You did it to the older lady in front of me. Also, I get that your backed up and I hate that my wife ordered freaking wings to be picked up at the kickoff time for the superbowl, but I pre-ordered them a month ago...you need to find a better way to tell me that theyre going to be "at least a half hour late." I ended up getting a refund and leaving. Do NOT order from this place during a big event. And for God sakes management google soft skills and train your staff

I placed an order four days in advance for a specific pickup time because it was for an event. When I arrived, I was told it would be another hour or more because they were “busy.” That defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. What made the situation worse was the attitude. When I calmly and politely asked for an update, one employee responded in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile. Another employee stood and stared at me in an intimidating manner rather than helping resolve the issue. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I understand restaurants get busy. I do not understand dismissive behavior and lack of basic courtesy toward a customer who planned ahead and remained polite throughout. I will not be returning.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
