  FOUR TIMES in a row, this cafe forgot items when I made a delivery order. 3 of them were the sides (included in total price) and this time was an entire smoothie. They only brought the sandwich. When I called the delivery driver, he said he couldn’t bring the smoothie to me and said to ask for a refund. I called the shop, they said to do it on the TSC app but there’s no way to ask for a refund or report a problem with the order.

  I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I waited about 20 minutes for a smoothie, and when I finally got it, it was really chunky and not blended well at all. I understand it was busy, but the employee’s attitude made the experience worse and kind of dragged down the whole atmosphere. I tried to ask about getting it remade or refunded, but she kept going to the back and I couldn’t catch her. I ended up having to leave because I had to get back to work, so I wasn’t able to get it fixed. I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie, which is why this was frustrating. Just hoping service and quality are a little better next time.

  I enjoy the smoothies from Tropical smoothie cafe. I normally purchase from their other Oviedo location. This is the second time in 2 weeks I visited this location. The staff here are not warm welcoming nor friendly. Daisha G. is especially rude. I will stick to ordering from the other near by location.

  This store is refusing to issue me a refund for an order I never received or intended to pay full price. I was trying to use a promotion from my cell phone carrier. I keep getting pushed back and forth from the store to corporate and corporate to the store. Corporate emailed me (see attached) and said the store would issue the refund. What's the issue??! I cancelled the order and requested a refund as instructed by employees. This is stressful and unnecessary. I want my money back!! UPDATE: I called to speak with a store manager on 2/18 and was told they do not handle refunds at the store and to dispute the charge with my credit card. Unbelievable!! What a way to bring in new business.
