  The guy that works there? Terrible. Never speaks. Walls off when you talk. I gave him a pass one week even after messing up my order. But this week too? You can’t have a bad week every week bro

  Hayley and Cali were very helpful with my order today. I inquired about the peanut butter smoothie. Cali mentioned the Whey protein in that one. I ordered. Then Hayley asked what else I would like (I had a drink from another place I ate lunch in my hand) suggesting a healthy after lunch drink. I ordered the peanut butter cup, of course. Great conversation with them. Thank you Hayley and Cali. Go UCF!

  I placed on online order for lunch while working. I’m a vegetarian who prefers to be mostly vegan. I ordered a Thai wrap and subbed the vegan chicken, which you pay extra to do. I get to the store to pick up my food and am informed they don’t have the vegan chicken. I intentionally picked that store over a closer one because their menu said they had it. So then I had to pick a wrap that wouldn’t have chicken and there was no compensation for the pay difference. I asked for the Baja with no cheese. I got it, left, and went to eat. The wrap did have cheese and my chip bag was opened and stale. I had to drive 15 back to the store to get a new bag of chips. The only thing right about my order was my smoothie. The rest was terrible and the empathy/customer appreciation was non existent. I’m pissed I paid $20 for food and didn’t even get what I ordered or wanted.
