The girl working was so nice. I got a foot long and she wrapped it separately so I could eat some now and some later. She even added a side of sauce for later. She also made a beautiful sandwich that was even all the time ay across, while making it fast. Great experience! I'll definitely go back.

I walked into this location on the way home from work.
There are 0 customers in the store. There are two employees on duty... one mopping the floor, one making online orders.
Walk in to try and order a sub.
I was greeted promptly, and the guy working on online orders says "one minute" - then proceeds to make an entire 6" sub. Not start it, but the whole thing, then walks off somewhere after completion without saying anything to me. Mopping employee just keeps mopping. I end up standing there 5 minutes, the only customer in the store, and nobody even attempted to start taking my order, at which point I gave up. I can make something at home just as easy without having my time wasted.
Even if I decide I will spend 10 minutes custom ordering a current sub (because corporate removed my favorite sub from the menu), I see store policy is to now prioritize online orders and sidework over the customers waiting in line in the store.
Do you remember the good old days when restaurants served the customers who were waiting in line?
Going to miss going to Subway, but why bother anymore? It's been a pain to order what I want and now it is a pain to even try and place an order.
