  Very rude staff member on the phone. My sandwich was requested to be cut in half with napkins and light mayo. Received no mayo, no napkins and not cut in half. When I called the person on the phone argued with me and then HUNG UP. It was a woman on Sat 10/4 around 12:15pm in case the manager would like to look into this

  Who knew that when you ordered an italian online with no mayo, that meant an italian with no tomato, no lettuce, no onions, no oregano. I was very appreciative that the team was able to remake my sandwich but I found it a little bit difficult to make clear what i wanted when they remade it. They kept asking me what i wanted on the sandwich and i kept telling them i just wanted an italian with no mayo. So everything except mayo…i thought it was pretty straightforward on the ticket. This was only my second time ordering from jimmy johns ever. Very disappointed. :-(

  Check your sandwich! They offer customize options and obviously don't care to try to follow them.
