  I don't know what the hell is wrong with this location. Whenever I go, inevitably they're out of something. If they're not out of anything, they get the order wrong. But today, there just wasn't anyone in the store. I hung out for about 5 minutes yelling hello, only to be met with echoes. There's another location less than a mile down the road on red bug. Just go there instead.

  I was in at 630 and had fast, very friendly service. Good coffee and a good donut.

  I’ve been to this Oviedo Dunkin’ location 3 days in a row. I’ve ordered the SAME EXACT coffee 3 times and each time the order has come out completely different. The price has been different 3 times and the coffee ingredients have been different 3 times. There’s a reason why people go to Starbucks. Makes sense this location is a 3 star dunkin

  I do deliveries, and this store is truly awful. An order comes in, and I arrive at the store 10 minutes later, as the app instructs. When I enter the store, there's an order already prepared, and the rather rude girl who serves me says they're still working on it, so I decide to wait. After 10 minutes, another, more polite girl arrives and asks me what my order is. It turns out the order was already ready (since I arrived), and all that was left was to put it in a bag, which they hadn't done. In other words, the customer's order had been ready for more than 15 minutes, and the delay was simply because they hadn't put it in a bag. This is disrespectful to the customers who place their orders online.
