When I got to work I noticed that I had been given 25 glazed and 25 chocolate. So if you're going to order Munchkins from here and want more than the bare minimum effort, be specific about what you want.

I was on the phone with my friend and David (he said he was the manager) was rude from the moment he tried to take her order. my friend asked for a topping on her drink and when david told her to pull forward she asked if he had gotten the topping part (she thought he couldn't hear her) he said in a very angry tone "there is no button for that I have to do it MYSELF" and she just said "you don't need to be rude" and he goes back and forth saying he is not then just bursts into even more anger and yells in the mic "I AM NOW" then screams into the mic to pull forward. It gets worse. When she asked to speak to a manager he replies "It's me congratulations." and kept screaming into the mic repeating "PULL FORWARD MAM" so extremely rude it was unreal and I heard the whole thing happen.

Moreover, I have a disability and when we visited today, we saw the addition of handicapped seating. Thank you, Dunkin' for recognizing that the disabled need accommodations, too! Well done!

I did an online pick up order, 5 minutes passed before I went in and the receptionist said "they're working on it". 15 minutes passed and another customer ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich AFTER me and got it BEFORE me. I had to remind them i was still waiting. All I got was a "sorry for the wait". Im very patient and would understand if I had gotten my food first, but the very fact someone else got their food before me even though they ordered after me and 20 minutes passed by since my ordering shows they forgot about and disregarded my order.
