More recently though, the staff has been SO kind and amazing, especially Josh, and Jeremy is great as well. They create such a positive environment and they always make my coffee's to perfection, whilst the other Dunkin's in the area are inconsistent. I drive out of my way a bit to this location since it's run way more smoothly, which says a lot.

He then pulled it up & realized it wasn't made right. Got an attitude and started to remake our sandwichs. I personally watched the employee just throw the egg on a bare counter along with the rest of the items for our breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention never toasted. Everything was cold. We threw our food in the trash and left.I will not be going back!

- BMBrice McPheetersDec 15, 20251.0Went inside to order where most of the doughnuts were gone. Upon ordering at the counter the person got 2 out of 6 doughnuts in the order wrong. We let that go and rolled with it. When I received my drink it was incorrect as well (sweet tea vs unsweetened) when I went back up to the counter to correct it, the person at the counter made it a point to tell me they were right and I was wrong about my order. Edited to add I did take note that they have a sign that says if you give a 5 star review you get a free doughnut
