- MMMK300ZX5 days ago1.0Got a regular coffee, halfway thru, coffee grounds in the cup and a layer at the bottom, I knew when the employees were looking at each other something was off. Lesson learned go grocery shopping on time....

And we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes there were no other customers it was just the two coworkers talking to eachother about random stuff and we were just sitting at the window waiting. They kept forgetting all of the stuff we ordered.

It took 10 minutes to actually place the order and then 20 minutes to actually receive my order. It was not busy at all too. Then they messed up the order and took long to fix it.

They don’t smile and they always give un tasty food. It’s either burnt tots, bacon or un toasted bagels, drinks are never consistent in taste . I asked today for a Dunkinlatte I was told they didn’t have it. Ok fine I ordered a shaken chocolate espresso ,Then I was asked to pull up to the white line after paying. ( apparently to wait for my food) and when I did move and waited I was greeted this a unpleasant face no Thanks for waiting, sorry for the wait, just a hand off and a walk away like I was in the wrong . my food was cold and tots again burnt and bagels un toasted .. I will NEVERRRR go to this location again. We all are having bad days but to continue turning this store into a bad experience for customers revisit on going customer service trainings and do team building meetings
