I used to go to this location three times a week for the Chicken Strip Basket. The last four times I’ve gone they have not had gravy. Gravy makes the entire meal for me. They said they just didn’t have any made and I’d have to wait ten minutes if I wanted it. It’s literally shown on the picture. Anyways, I haven’t returned for the last few months because of it.
I drove by considering it today and decided Panera would be a better option because they always have what I like. Just thought I’d tell you why you lost a customer because I truly do miss my chicken strip basket meal. I’ve been getting it since I was 18 and I’m twice that age now.

Disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Definitely better workers than others. Felt rushed through my order and got sub par service and poorly made food which is weird cause when I come here usually meets my expectations. Definitely won’t come on a Saturday at 8 again.

I went through the drive through just to get a blizzard, which was very good
