  The guy at the drive thru with the big curly hair is not very friendly and very slow. He never has a smile on his face. Seems like he hates his job. He should not be working the drive thru.

  Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down my favorite place to grab coffee. My go‑to order is a small iced coffee with one pump of mocha, and it truly hits the spot every single time. It’s simple, consistent, and exactly what I’m craving when I need a pick‑me‑up. I’m a Dunkin girl for sure. While you might not always get the same level of customer service as Starbucks, I actually prefer Dunkin’s laid‑back, neighborhood vibe. It feels familiar and comfortable, like a place you can pop into without any fuss. The coffee is reliable, affordable, and gets me through my day without overthinking it. Dunkin’ doesn’t try too hard—and that’s part of the charm. It’s straightforward, fast, and delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re someone who values a good iced coffee, a no‑pressure atmosphere, and a local feel, Dunkin’ is the place. It’s been my go‑to for years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

  The person that makes the egg and cheese wrap in the morning must put it in the oven 5 sec. If I have time I park the car and go inside to get it heated again. I have quit going there cause they can't get it right

  I’ve been waiting to write this review for a while, because i thought they would get better at their own job but they didn’t. To start off they can never make my drink right, it’s always missing something like whipped cream or caramel, forgetting to make it decaf and even making it coffee in stead of a latte. Also the customer service is terrible, every time i go the workers are rude as if im not being polite and using manners to speak to them. Another thing is that they take forever to make the food and honestly any order in general. I’m extremely disappointed in this dunkin especially since i’m a local to this location.

  if I could give negative stars I would. And I wasn't even physically at this location. I was on the phone with my friend and David (he said he was the manager) was rude from the moment he tried to take her order. my friend asked for a topping on her drink and when david told her to pull forward she asked if he had gotten the topping part (she thought he couldn't hear her) he said in a very angry tone "there is no button for that I have to do it MYSELF" and she just said "you don't need to be rude" and he goes back and forth saying he is not then just bursts into even more anger and yells in the mic "I AM NOW" then screams into the mic to pull forward. It gets worse. When she asked to speak to a manager he replies "It's me congratulations." and kept screaming into the mic repeating "PULL FORWARD MAM" so extremely rude it was unreal and I heard the whole thing happen.
