  3/18/26 manager on duty curly dark hair refuses to acknowledge customers waiting or answer the phone. She expects the other girl to service counter, work the oven and top the pizzas. Only thing manager has done is shape some dough. You need a manager who gives a crap because she is hurting your business! Tracker says pizza is complete when pizza is still not in the oven!

  consistently poor quality and they took $40 from account but didn't process my order and it took 14 days to get it returned

  Walk in 2 people working neither pay any attention to me. One finally asks if I had ordered yet I said no and she looked annoyed 😂 walked out no thanks

  Terrible, the garlic knots were burnt and tiny, the square cut pizzas weren’t square cut, not even cut like a normal pizza. I think the staff are deliberately messing up. And it’s working considering the rating..

  Three I have tried to order at the counter and three time I was never acknowledged and straight up ignored. I work in this plaza and sometimes depend on dining here. I believe it was the Manager.
