- NRNicole Robinson1 day ago3.0Thanks to the manager, Rebecca Gonzalez! She made the experience, but she needs a new staff. We placed an order for pick up. We gave our order in detail and the young lady repeated it back to me like 3 times. She gave me our total of $48.68. The young lady came to our truck. We paid her for our food. When she left our truck my husband and I looked at each other and said "she looks to be high or sick on something, did we pick the right place to eat?" Well she returned with our food and our change. We checked our order and noticed it was wrong, with a receipt on bag for $29.59. We ordered full rack of ribs we had half rack, we ordered caesar salad add grill chicken I received Caesar salad added shrimp. Also, we ordered asparagus but received fries. The manager came out and made the correction for our meals. Made the other half of ribs and asparagus and grill chicken for the salsd. Also gave us a $10 credit on next meal. The food was ok.

I have celiacs disease which makes going out to eat nearly impossible. Across our visits, we had 3 different severs, all with knowledge of precautions and allergens. Each time a manager personally came to our table to reassure me of their safety protocols prepping dishes. My food was brought out separately and their gluten free menu has some nice variety. This location made dining easy and made it feel safe. I should also mention that the food was delicious!
- TWTom WendorfNov 11, 20251.0Poorly managed! We had a 45 min wait for a table whe 3/4 of the restaurant is empty. They say they don’t want to overwhelm the staff! You have to be kidding me! Put people at tables and serve them drinks while they wait. Mgr should be canned!!!! No question!

Very disappointed. Outbacks quality has gone downhill
