Horrible garbage experience way more than once. I placed two separate orders on two different phones and was supposed to have 2 French fries for the one order and none of them were in the bag. How typical for McDonald’s to not have a way u can submit ur problem. I will never go back tot this McDonald’s everrrr

Ordered in drive though, ordered food and a coffee. She asked about sweetener I replied 2 sweet and low. When I got the order, I thought they put it in the coffee since it was not in the bag. They didn't give me any sweetener. Didn't enjoy my coffee.

Where to begin went in after trick or treating with the family. Went in and ordered 3 sandwichs a happy meal and some fries. Cheeseburger ordered just pickles and all it had on it was ketchup, they remade this one in store. Ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup, and it came with absolutely no toppings just cheese. Did not send this one back due to the slow service. 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with 2 kids fries instead of apple slices nuggets only had 5 in box and only 1 fry, didn't find out tell I got home. Now I did not check the big mac untill I got home big Mac a staple at McDonald's so I did not check. God I should have. The whole top part had zero toppings not even cheese, the bottom had no pickles barely any lettuce and no sauce. Oh ya and every burger was burnt on one side which is weird cause it's a automated machine This was the worst experience at a McDonald's that I ever had and will not return. I'm gonna try to get a refund though the app. Because this store is out of my way will never return I was trying to post pic but it won't let me
