- TETaylor ElliottJan 28, 20261.0I have been holding out on writing a review for this Dunkin location in the hopes of them improving their service. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Every single time I order from this location without fail they forget to give me a straw. It is extremely inconvenient as I then have to go out of my way to go and find a straw that should come with the drink. Additionally, they miss order notes and do not actually make your food the way you request. Example: If you ask for a bagel instead of a croissant they will give you a croissant anyway. I really hope this review helps the staff work out these kinks and improve their service, I would be happy to give this Dunkin more than 1 star.

- SPSam PrideJan 10, 20261.0Coffee tastes the same no matter the flavor you add. 8 caramel or 8 mocha or 8 French vanilla , staff has to remake the drink several times and still is unable to get it right. If there are no more flavor syrups, let the customer know! Even with a receipt, I can't get them to fix it and was charged again. It is highly frustrating when I know other employees at the same location have made it correctly, but some are too lazy to even do it properly and I end up just wasting my money because they can’t even be bothered.
