  Sandwiches are great. The hash browns leave a whole lot to be desired!!! They are like mini hockey pucks typically cold and just plain awful!!!! They should consider a new way of cooking them or finding a way that they stay hot and chewable! The rating is based on the hash browns!!

  Had a few good experiences with this dunkin, pretty consistent and the coffee, food taste good.

  I am so thankful for the managers and staff at this store!!!! I bought two cases of beaned coffee for Christmas for my husband and forgot to scan my mobile app in so did not get the points. I called corporate and they totally dropped the bomb on this. Told me they could only credit me $100 out of $450, that is a huge amount of difference in points. I have recently been diagnosed with Lupus and can’t carry those heavy boxes and they told me the only way to get the points is to call and ask the manager if I can return them and purchase them back after I scan the app. That means I have to first call and see if they will do it and then I have to try and get the boxes in the car from the house and do that tomorrow. I just got off the phone and the managers are working with me on it and said we could do that tomorrow. It makes a huge difference when people go out of the way two times to make their customers happy. This one is family owned and part of the franchise I believe from when my younger kids went to a local school and they donated many items throughout the year for the PTA. The managers are Kieleigh, Kay and Rylee and they deserve a huge shout out for going above and beyond ordering two cases of coffee beans for me and texting me when it came in and now for helping me get my points. Todays economy is hard enough and every little bit counts. As far as corporate, I think they need more training on how to make their repeat customers happy by helping them on something that could have been an easier fix or at least come up with special exceptions when someone drops $450 on one purchase.

  The worst service is when you go through the drive thru and they stick a tablet in your face and say "it's going to ask you a question" and it's just begging for a tip. I think it's outrageous to ask for a tip at a drive thru and I will not be back because of it.
