  What do you have to do to get a reasonable amount of chicken? I watched as the guy made my burrito. The chicken container was almost empty. He scraped the bottom and sides to get a minimal amount of chicken, ignoring the additional full container behind him. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I'm not going to the store on Granada in Ormond Beach anymore.

  Asia was 2nd shift on the line and she was incredible. She cared allot about cleanliness and quality control of the food. The restaurant overall was very clean and the food was fresh even for being in the evening.

  This place was not taken care of after the dinner rush. The staff was very unfriendly and the food was chopped in huge chunks, yet they weren't busy at the time. I placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I arrived a little after 7 and the pickup shelf was empty there was one girl doing the pickup orders and I could recognize the items in my order laid on the prep line. I stood at a distance, 10 ft, so she could bag it. She made eye contact but never acknowledged or greeted me. She moved around slowly restocking the dip lids then went back to the kitchen and grabbed more items slowly moved back to the pickup line and slowly went to the front of the in-store assembly line and started grabbed more items to restock. She moved slowly an gets back to bag my order and I step up closer ready for her to acknowledge me and she still doesn't. She begins prepping the next order. Then another pickup person waits behind me before she asked the name on the order and hands me the bag with no other expression or words. No customer service.

  Online order was 28 minutes late AND IT WAS NOT BUSY BUT Understaffed. Tables and floors were filthy as well as the kitchen counter areas. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!! Stay away from this place. Food has gotten significantly awful over the years. My stomach is already upset from the cold chicken they said they just made. I am done with Chipotle. Message to franchise owners and corporate: DO BETTER. IT SHOWS WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE YOU ARE TO WORK FOR WITH YOUR LOUSY RUDE EMPLOYEES WITH BAD ATTITUDES. GET ROBOTS.

  Placed a mobile order for 7:00 PM pickup but didn’t leave until after 7:20pm. The two employees working pickup were working hard, but the restaurant looked unkept with pots stacked up and they were out of a lot of food, clearly not prepared for a Friday night.I also ordered and paid for chips, but they were out. I was told I would have to wait longer if I wanted them, and no refund or alternative was offered, so I left without them.When I got home, both bowls were cold. The chicken bowl was barely half full, had only a few pieces of fatty chicken, hard rice, and was missing ingredients listed in the order (lettuce, sour cream, and cheese). I didn't even finish it, it was unappetizing. Very disappointing and won't be going back to this location.
